The pay rate is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on your experience. Must be able to work varying shifts, including early mornings and late evenings (primary hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am-4:30 pm, and could vary). 
Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

Speaking Spanish is a plus but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word). Proven ability to process high volumes of work with great accuracy. Must be able to make judgment calls regarding the best plan of action for a particular job and oversee its implementation from beginning to end. Ensure clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers, including keeping customers apprised of the company schedule, requested time windows, and availability. Maintain a customer database with current information. Maintain the on-call and meeting schedule for service technicians and plumbers. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Provide logistical support to technicians and communicate with both employees and customers. Maintain the Service Technicians' and Plumbers' daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed.
